Failure to comply may limit service effectiveness and void guarantees.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
  • Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension
  • Returned payments may incur administrative fees

6. Dispute Resolution Requirement

By purchasing services from All American Pest and Wildlife Control LLC you agree to contact us directly and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing or service concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting All American Pest and Wildlife Control may be considered a breach of these Terms.
  • Service records, inspection notes, photos, technician reports, service logs, signed agreements, and communication history may be submitted as evidence to financial institutions, payment processors, or legal authorities.
  • Services that are performed, attempted, scheduled, or made available are considered billable.

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Inspections, service visits, treatments, administrative fees, and remediation services are non-refundable once performed or scheduled.
  • Refunds are not issued due to pest recurrence, environmental factors, or customer non-compliance with preparation or maintenance requirements.

Chargeback Fees & Recovery

If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is filed, you authorize All American Pest and Wildlife Control LLC to recover:

  • The full service amount
  • Any associated chargeback or processing fees
  • Reasonable administrative, collection, and recovery costs

Services may be suspended or terminated until balances are resolved.

Good-Faith Resolution

Customers agree to communicate concerns promptly and allow review or corrective service when appropriate before escalation.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from services, payments, or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Louisiana, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

  • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis
  • Class actions and representative claims are waived
  • Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded

Attorney’s Fees

If All American Pest and Wildlife Control LLC must pursue arbitration or legal action to recover unpaid balances or defend against unjustified disputes, you agree to be responsible for reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses to the extent permitted by law.

Dispute Time Limit

All disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service date or invoice date. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of the claim to the fullest extent allowed by law.

7. Cancellations & Scheduling

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must follow the notice requirements outlined in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or technician availability
  • Charge missed appointment fees when applicable

8. Intellectual Property
